Who We Are
SCHOOL BACKGROUND
The Ibn Battuta Educational and Social Development Organization was established on 17 January 2022 and officially registered under the Registrar of Societies Malaysia (JPPM) on 17 January 2025. This organization manages a community education center specifically created to provide access to education for Palestinian and Syrian refugee children as well as other underprivileged children who do not have access to the formal education system in Malaysia.
The students involved often face challenges related to documentation, legal status, and life opportunities that prevent them from participating in the mainstream school system. The organization is expected to accommodate around 80 students aged between 5 to 18 years old, covering the preschool, primary, and secondary levels. They follow a basic curriculum that includes subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Arabic Language, Islamic Education, as well as co-curricular and character development activities.
Let your child thrive in an environment where knowledge meets adab. Enroll today and become part of a movement that transforms education into a path of ibadah and excellence.
